How to draw the flag of Switzerland
The flag of Switzerland is square — one of only two national flags that are — and bears a bold white cross on a red field.

How to draw it well
Block in the largest areas of colour first and work down to the smaller details. Filling the entire canvas is worth more than any single detail.
